Our equestrian ambassador program is a little different from most.
We’re a boutique equestrian sponsorship agency that helps professional riders land sponsorships and work with brands, so you can focus on the sport and horses you love.
To celebrate the launch of our rider services, we’re opening applications for our Rider Ambassador Program, an exclusive opportunity for ambitious riders who want to help us raise the standard for rider sponsorships.
Why we created our own ambassador program
We created this program to help make our sponsorship services even better—with riders, not just for riders.
While we manage ambassador programs for other brands, we’re launching our own to give back to deserving riders and demonstrate the value of these partnerships.
This ambassador cohort is meant to do two things:
Reach more riders who need help landing and managing sponsorships.
Learn together as we refine our rider services based on real experiences, real progress, and real feedback.
To keep it truly hands-on, we’ll select a small group of ambassadors and work closely with them throughout 2026.
What ambassadors can expect
This is a high-touch support program designed to help you build the skills, consistency, and confidence required for sponsorship success.
Ambassadors will receive hands-on support, including an activation package, ongoing coaching, and full-service sponsor management.

Who should apply
You should apply if you are:
An ambitious professional early in your career
Interested in building (or growing) brand partnerships the right way
Open to learning, implementing feedback, and showing up consistently
All disciplines, levels, and backgrounds are welcome. We specialize in dressage riders, but this cohort is open to riders across the sport.
What we ask in return
Our ambassadors help us tell the story of what’s possible when riders get the right support.
If selected, you’ll commit to sharing your experience working with us and to permitting us to share your results as a case study.

The timeline

While we can select only a limited number of riders for this program, we encourage every rider to apply, as all applicants will be the first to know about future opportunities.
